FRESH, EARTH-FRIENDLY AND HEALTHY
At Osteria Coppa, our seafood is sustainably-fished and the meats we use are antibiotic free, without added hormones, from animals raised using traditional, humane methods and given wholesome all-natural feeds with no artificial ingredients. All of our delicious pastas and pizzas are house-made. Our fruit and vegetables are seasonal, fresh, organic, and local when possible. We also offer gluten free and vegetarian items, upon request.
